No. It's a quick read of your taste in essays, for fun. It describes what you reach for right now, and both ends of every scale are good places to land.
Do I need to read a lot of essays?
No. Answer for the essays you've liked, in books, magazines or online. A few good ones are plenty to go on.
Where do the picks come from?
From the essay books in our catalog, the best-known first. Your answers shape your scores, not this list. Books you've already been shown in another result step aside, so the list can run shorter or not show at all. Nothing is sponsored.
Why does it care how I answered?
