The more quizzes you take, the better your picks get.

Packed or spacious, lifelike or cartoon, full color or monochrome: your taste in comics and graphic novels, scored. Real scores from 0 to 100 on each dimension, not a box, and the puck notices how you answer, not only what.

Your graphic novel taste

Where you lean right now, as numbers. Each bar runs from one pole to the other.

For fun: a read of your taste right now, not a label.

Questions people ask

Is this scientific?

No. It's a taste read built on a few well-studied preference patterns, for fun. It describes the comics you reach for right now, not how much you know about them.

Do superhero comics count?

Yes. Superheroes, memoir, manga, newspaper strips, webcomics: if it tells a story in pictures and panels, it counts here.

Will the picks all be graphic novels?

Yes. They come only from the comics shelf of our catalog, best known first and listed the same way whatever your answers. Our catalog doesn't record page density, drawing style or color yet, so the picks aren't matched to your lean.
