Is this scientific?
No. It's a taste read built on a few well-studied preference patterns, for fun. Your scores describe what you reach for right now, not who you are.
Is restoring better than reinventing?
No. Bringing an old house back and turning one into something new are both real crafts with real fans. The result names your lean; it does not grade it.
Do I need to own a home?
No. This is about what you like to watch. Renters, lodgers and people who have never held a paintbrush all count.
Where do the picks come from?
From the home shows in our own catalog, matched to your lean. Nothing is sponsored. The catalog is still short on home shows, so you may see the same few names.
