Is this scientific?

No. It's a taste read built on a few well-studied preference patterns, for fun. It says which science books you reach for right now, not how much science you know.

Do I need to know any science?

No. Nothing here is a test. Every statement is about what you enjoy reading, and a curious beginner can answer all of them.

Will the picks match my answers?

Not yet. Our catalog doesn't track nature vs invention, or how bold a book's claims are, so the picks from our science shelf are the same for every lean for now. Nothing is sponsored.
