How is this different from the shorter one?
The short one reads three areas from three or four statements each. This one uses six per area, half worded each way, and adds a fourth: how much say you have when someone else holds the power. Anything you answered there carries over.
Do I get one score for how in control I am?
No. Each area is scored on its own, because people often feel in charge at work and not in love, or the other way round. Seeing outside forces clearly is sometimes the accurate read.
