Is this scientific?
No. It's a quick read of your taste in video essays, for fun. It describes what you reach for right now, and both ends of every scale are good places to land.
What counts as a video essay?
A long, thought-through video that makes a point about something: a film, a show, a game, a book, a building, an idea. If you watch them, you can answer.
Why are there no picks?
Our catalog doesn't hold the video essays people post online, and neither of these scales sorts films or shows, so any list here would be a guess. We show none.
Why does it care how I answered?
The puck notices how you answer, not only what. Where you paused or went back and forth, your taste probably depends on the essay. Where you answered fast, you know your mind.
