A Tally alternative that captures how sure people were
Tally is free and beautiful, but like every form, it only records what people picked, never how certain they felt. PuckSurveys is free too, and adds the one thing a form can't: conviction on every answer.
Tally proved forms can be free, unlimited, and genuinely nice to use, and we're not here to undercut that, because we're currently free with unlimited responses too. The difference is in the answer itself. A Tally answer is a click; you learn what someone chose. A PuckSurveys answer is a slide of the puck between No and Yes, so you also learn how sure they were. The reluctant 4 and the instant, certain 4 stop looking identical. Same price today (free, optional tip); deeper signal.

Why people switch
- You see hesitation, not just choices. Two people both answer "4 out of 5". One slid there instantly, one crept up after backing off twice. Tally records one number; the puck records both stories.
- The depth is free. Conviction, the answer replay, and the signals around each response are included for everyone. No plan, no cap, same as Tally's price.
- Built to feel easy. Sliding a puck by feel is quicker and more engaging than working down a column of fields.
- A real survey builder, not a novelty. Multiple choice, checkboxes, and puck questions in one survey: Tally's question types, plus how sure each person was.
When Tally is the better choice (we'll say it):
If you need classic form features today (file uploads, payments, signatures, multi-page logic, custom branding on a domain), Tally is more mature there, and its free tier is excellent. We're focused on one thing they don't do: capturing the conviction behind each answer. If what people chose is all you need, Tally is a great free form. If how sure they were matters, that's us.
