Author event / book festival feedback
For bookshops, libraries and festivals: what the audience took from the talk, past the signing queue.
The conviction read: a wobble on 'audience questions were worth the time' is the room being polite about the person who made a speech instead of asking a question. Tighten the questions from the floor before the next event.

Questions about this template
Can a festival use one copy for every talk?
Better to give each talk its own copy, since results come per copy. Use the template for the first talk, then Duplicate that copy from your survey list for each later session, and adjust the host item for talks run as a straight reading.
What if the item on hearing clearly lands low?
A low or spread answer on hearing is often about where people sat rather than the speaker. Walk the back rows and the sides during the next sound check, and pass a second microphone around for questions from the floor.
