Book club debrief
What the group really thought of the book and the meeting, not just what the loudest reader said.
The conviction read: a slow, wobbling slide on 'finished the book' is the honest answer a show of hands never gets. Pick the next book's length around it.

Questions about this template
Should members who did not finish the book still answer?
Yes. The first item asks about finishing directly, and they can still say whether the discussion and the meeting worked. Any item that does not fit them can be skipped with Does not apply.
What if 'Everyone who wanted to speak got the chance' lands low?
Some members are likely leaving with things unsaid. Try going round the table once before open discussion, or have the host invite quieter readers in, and see if the item moves after the next meeting.
