Questions about this template
How often should a cinema send this to its regulars?
A few times a year, or after any change to screening times or the lineup. Use a fresh copy each round so each keeps its own results; comparing rounds shows whether the drift on 'fit around my week' is closing or widening.
What if regulars like the place but hedge on the last item?
Then the building is probably not the problem. Look at the lineup and screening time items first: regulars who still like the place but no longer think of it first have often been pulled away by a schedule that stopped fitting.
