Concept or prototype reaction
For an idea that is not built yet: whether it makes sense to you and would fit your day, before we build it.
The conviction read: people are kind to an idea when its maker is watching. A firm agree on 'I understand what this idea is for' beside a slow, hedged one on 'when I would use it' needs a follow-up before it counts as demand.

Questions about this template
What should people see before they answer?
The concept itself: a sketch, a short description or a clickable prototype. Show it first, then send the link, so everyone reacts to the same thing.
What do I do with a wide spread on the problem item?
A spread on whether the problem is one they run into often means you showed it to more than one kind of person. Look at who you recruited before you change the idea.
