Event volunteer debrief
Thank you for helping out. How the event was for you as a volunteer, so the next one runs better for everyone.
The conviction read: volunteers rarely complain to the people who just thanked them. A slow, hedged agree on 'prepared me for what I actually did' often marks a role that changed on the day, which closing thanks never bring up.

Questions about this template
Should volunteers who left early get it too?
Yes. People who left early often have the most to say about shift length and breaks, and leaving them out would make those items read better than the day was.
Can I see stewards and the welcome desk separately?
Send each role its own copy. After using the template once, the Duplicate button in your survey list makes another copy with the same statements and a separate link, so each role lands in separate results.
