Questions about this template
When should I send it?
The evening after the event or the next morning, while people still remember arriving and the gaps between sessions. Leave it longer and only the highlights stay.
Regulars and first-timers answer differently. How do I see both?
Make two copies: use the template, then Duplicate your copy from your survey list. Share one where regulars gather and one with first-time attendees. The welcome item is often where the two part ways.
