Museum / gallery late feedback

For museums and galleries running after-hours events: whether it worked as a night out, not just a visit.

The conviction read: the hedged agree on 'crowd never got between me and the work' is the difference between a late that felt like a museum and one that felt like a bar. Both fill up; only one brings people back on a quiet Tuesday.

Questions about this template

How is this different from a regular visitor survey?

It treats the late as a night out. Seating, crowds and coming alone matter far more after hours than on a daytime visit, so send it only to people who came to the late, not to your general visitor list.

What if 'worth queueing for' lands low?

Look at how many people each extra could take and how long its queue ran. Fewer extras with more room in each, or timed slots announced at the door, often do more than adding new things to the lineup.
