New customer getting started check
You are new here: how getting started has gone so far, and where it felt harder than it should.
The conviction read: new customers who stall rarely write in; they just go quiet. A slow, hedged answer on 'already got something useful out of it' often marks someone still waiting for the payoff, which a usage chart shows late.

Questions about this template
How soon after sign-up should I send it?
Once customers have had a real chance to use it, but early enough that someone who is stuck has not given up. A copy sent to a later group of new customers shows whether your fixes to the first steps moved the answers.
How is this different from the product feedback template?
Product feedback asks whether a feature earns its place for people who already use it. This asks about the first steps: knowing where to start, setup, finding help and the first useful result.
