Outdoor / drive-in screening feedback

After an open-air or drive-in screening: how the film looked and sounded from every spot on the site.

The conviction read: the spread on 'see the whole screen from my spot' splits the good spots from the blind ones. A full site looks like a success from the projector, so check the view from the edges before the next screening.

Questions about this template

How do I find out which parts of the site had problems?

Give each area of the site its own copy by duplicating yours from your survey list, and post each link in its own zone. Each copy has its own results, so a low read on the screen or sound items points to a place on the site.

What should I do when 'I knew what would happen if the weather turned' lands low?

Put the weather plan where people meet it before they arrive and repeat it at the gate and before the film. Say where to shelter, whether the film pauses, and how people will hear about a cancellation.
