Policy change reaction
After a change to how we work: whether it makes sense to you and how it lands in your day.
The conviction read: silence after an announcement can look like acceptance. A firm agree on 'what is changing' beside a slow, hedged one on 'why this change is being made' suggests the message explained the rule, not the reason.

Questions about this template
Should I send it once or twice?
Twice is useful: soon after the announcement, and again once the change has been in place for a while. The first round reads how the message landed; the second reads how the change sits in practice.
Some people are not affected. What then?
They can pass on statements that do not fit them: template statements carry a skip, with Does not apply among the reasons, unless you make a statement required. Or send a copy only to the groups the change touches.
