Questions about this template
When should I send it after a release?
Once people have used the feature in their real work, not on launch day. First impressions mostly answer 'easy to figure out'; the items on reliability and fit need a few weeks of use to mean much.
How should I read 'I'd pay for this' next to 'I'd miss it if it went away'?
If missing it lands high and paying lands low, people value the feature as part of what they already have. If both land low, it has not yet solved the problem in the first item, so start there.
