Quiz night feedback
For quizmasters: whether the rounds, the pace and the scoring felt fair to the teams that didn't win.
The conviction read: a wide spread on 'pitched at the right level' is two rooms in one: regulars who want it harder and newcomers who won't say it was too hard. The average hides both.

Questions about this template
How do I read a wide spread on 'The questions were pitched at the right level for our team.'?
Often as two groups in one room: regulars who want it harder and newcomers who found it hard and won't say so. Rather than aiming for the middle, mix easier and harder questions within each round so both groups get a turn.
Should the winning team answer too?
Yes, every team that played. If you want the winners' view apart, give them a separate copy, since each copy keeps its own results. A fair read on the scoring item from the teams that lost is the one that counts most.
