Questions about this template
When in the challenge should I send it?
Around the halfway point, while there is still time to ease the target or swap a prompt that stalls people. Sending it at the end only tells you who finished.
How can I help people who are behind if I can't see who they are?
Results show no names, so you can't pick them out. If answers on 'I'm on track with the challenge so far.' drift to the middle, post a catch-up note to everyone or ease the target for the second half, so nobody has to own up first.
