Questions about this template
How is this different from a zero to ten recommendation score?
People place the puck between No and Yes instead of picking a number, and the puck records how sure they were. Two customers at the same spot can differ in how long they took to move and how much they changed direction.
What should I do when 'worth what I pay' lands below the rest?
Read it next to 'I plan to keep using it'. If people plan to stay but hedge on value, the product is doing its job and the price story is not landing. If both land low, look at the product first.
