Questions about this template
When in the rehearsal cycle should I send it?
A few weeks before the concert, while there is still time to rebalance rehearsals. Sending it the week before only confirms what the director can already hear.
How do I see one section's view on its own?
Give each section its own copy, made with Duplicate from your survey list, and send each section lead that copy's link. Each copy keeps its own results, so a soft 'know my part' read in one section stands out.
