When should speakers get it?
Soon after the event, while the details are fresh, and before you open the next call for speakers, so what you learn can go into the next speaker pack.
Is it worth sending to only a few speakers?
Yes. Your results show however many answers come in, with no minimum, so even a small lineup gives you a spread to read on the setup and support items.
