Student recital feedback

For music teachers: how the recital felt from the seats, from the people who sat through all of it.

The conviction read: everyone claps for every child. The slow slide on 'programme was the right length' is the parents who checked the time from the halfway point. Two pieces shorter, and nobody will say it felt short.

Questions about this template

Who should get the link, the families or the students?

The audience: families, friends and anyone who sat through the whole recital. The items are about the view from the seats, so if you want to hear from the performers, ask them on a separate copy with items written for them.

What do I change if 'programme was the right length' slides?

Cut length before cutting performers: shorter pieces, fewer gaps between them, or a short break at the halfway point. Check the item on the order of performers too, since a long run of similar pieces often feels longer than it is.
