Usability session debrief
Thanks for trying it out. How the tasks felt to you: where things flowed and where they snagged.
The conviction read: a participant can finish every task and still answer slowly on 'knew when I had finished'. The task completion count calls that a pass; the hedged answer says they may have been guessing.

Questions about this template
Should I send it during the session or after?
Right after the last task, before you talk it through. That way the answers are their own first read, not one shaped by your follow-up questions.
Can I change the items to match my tasks?
Yes. Using the template makes your own draft copy, so you can reword any statement to name the screen or task you tested before you send it.
