Comic / zine fair debrief

For organisers: how the day went for the people behind the tables, who rarely get asked.

The conviction read: the spread on 'somewhere people actually walked past' is a map of your floor plan. The corner tables know exactly where the dead spots were, and the attendee count never will.

Questions about this template

Who should answer this, visitors or exhibitors?

The people who had tables. Every item is written from behind the table, so send it to exhibitors once the fair closes, and keep any visitor survey on a separate copy so the two reads stay apart.

How do I use the spread on 'somewhere people actually walked past'?

Treat it as a question about your floor plan. Results do not show who answered, so to see which area the low answers came from, give each hall or row its own copy. Then walk the quiet spots before planning next year.
